Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with byML. We want you to love your purchase and experience, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help. 

Refunds will only be granted for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be unworn, unwashed,and in their original condition with all tags still attached. 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match the above criteria.
